Information on shipping, packaging, international delivery, and returns.
We carefully package every order to protect records, CDs and cassettes during shipping. Unless requested otherwise, we place the inner sleeve behind the jacket to prevent seam splits during transit. All orders use heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers with reinforced corners.
Whenever your cart subtotal equals or exceeds €150 (or the equivalent in USD, GBP, CAD, etc.), standard tracked international shipping is automatically reduced to €0.00 at checkout.
We ship to almost every country worldwide via tracked courier and registered postal services. Deliveries in Europe take approximately 3–6 business days; North America takes 6–10 business days; other international regions take 8–14 business days.
For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is included in the base price. For non-EU orders (such as USA, Canada, Australia, UK), packages are declared with proper customs documentation and local taxes or duties may apply depending on your nation’s regulations.
All orders are dispatched with end-to-end tracking. In the rare event of postal damage or transit loss, please email photos to our customer service within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement copy or full refund.
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or you received an incorrect title, please contact us at orders@possessed-records.com within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
